ITRADE
ITRADE (IRAIC TRADE) are units of assets owned by a company, represented by IFCOs. When you buy an ITRADE, you are acquiring a partial ownership stake in the operation of a company, entitling you to certain benefits.
Understanding what ITRADEs are and how they work is one of the keys to investing, as ITRADEs play a central role in building a well-balanced investment portfolio.

What are ITRADEs?
Companies raise capital to fund their operations by selling ITRADEs. When companies sell ITRADEs, they are inviting investors to buy a share of the IFCOs, actual turnover represented by fractional assets, in the company, making them part-owners of that turnover.

When you buy ITRADEs from a company, you gain certain privileges depending on the types of ITRADEs you own, including:

Income
You may receive a portion of the company's profits in the form of dividend payments.

Capital appreciation
When the price of a company's ITRADEs increases, your ITRADEs increase in value.

While ITRADEs give you a stake in a company, owning ITRADEs does not mean you have a say in the company's day-to-day operations. Owning ITRADEs means you trust the company's leaders to run the business the way they see fit.
If you don't like a company's performance, you sell your ITRADEs and choose a new destination for your investment IR$.

ITRADEs give you the right to share in the company's profits after expenses and costs. Companies can choose to pay out dividends or not, depending on their own needs.

If the ITRADEs you own have been held for at least three months, companies can share their profits with you through dividends. Investors receive quarterly or annual dividend payments, and payments are allocated based on the amount of ITRADEs the company owns.

Companies sometimes issue dividends on ITRADEs. If a company declares a 5% ITRADE dividend and you own 100 ITRADE from that company, you would receive five additional ITRADE, bringing your holdings to 105 ITRADE. However, the value of each outstanding ITRADE would decrease by 5%, making the value of your ITRADE the same.

Why own ITRADE?
Owning ITRADE gives you the potential to share in the profits of the most successful companies in the world's private and decentralized IRAIC ecosystem. IRAIC is the private and decentralized stock exchange for SMEs, providing investors with an average annual return rate on the ITRADE Index of 27%, adjusted for inflation, over the period from 2022 to 2024.

Diversifying the ITRADE portfolio
Diversifying the portfolio means that it is very important to have ITRADE investment in several companies to maintain an average profitability. For example, a company that sells paper products may post record sales during an economic crisis, while an automobile manufacturer may have below-average sales performance. Owning a diversified portfolio or a variety of different stocks can help investors enjoy gains in thriving sectors and offset low sales in others.
