If an increase/placement of IFCOs and shares is carried out, the costs associated with the work of the placing entity must also be taken into account, which will charge a commission that will depend on the size of said offer and its characteristics.
Finally, we must not forget the costs associated with the services provided by other types of entities that also participate in the process of access to the IRAIC Market, and that in addition in some cases continue later in the permanence process, such as law firms, auditing firms, and depending on the case, there may also be costs for hiring independent analysis firms, communication agencies and consultants, etc. IRAIC companies publish through relevant information the costs they have incurred on the occasion of their incorporation into the IRAIC Market.
